How do I pause my subscription?

The Pause option is available to our Monthly members who pay for their subscription using a credit card.

Monthly members are eligible to Pause if: They have signed up through the website (not apps), made at least one subscription payment, and have not returned from a previous Pause within the last 30 days.

To Pause your account, follow these steps:

  • 1. If you are not logged in, Log In to your Pilates Anytime account.
  • 2. Go to My Account > Payment and click on Cancel or Pause My Subscription.
  • 3. Select Pause My Subscription, and select the duration of the Pause that you would like. You may Pause your subscription for up to three months at a time.

Please note that when you Pause, it is effective immediately. You will not be charged while your account is Paused and any paid days that you had remaining before Pausing your subscription will be automatically transferred over once you resume your account, moving your normal billing date back.

Sarah ~ Unfortunately PayPal does not give us the option to pause accounts so canceling and then reactivating is the only option. When you reactivate, all of your history and favorites will be saved so you won't lose anything. Please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com if you have any questions.
If I cancel my account today will I still be able to watch until my paid month is up?
Brittany ~ When you cancel your account, you still have access to it until what would be the next charge date. You will be able to use it for the entire 30 days for which you have paid. We hope you are enjoying our videos!
If I paused my suscription, the paid workshops on my account can be seen during the pause?

Gaby ~ You will still be able to see the workshops you have purchased while your account is paused. When you login, you will need to go directly to the workshop rather than following the prompt to restart your account. If you have any trouble, please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com.
Hi, I have read this FAQ but can't find the option to pause in my payment tab, only cancel. I would like to cancel for 3 months. Thanks
Hi Gia, I’d like to pause my account for 3mo this but on the payment tab I only have cancel as an option. Can you advise how to pause without cancelling? Thanks
Pauline ~ Because you have paused your account previously, our system requires that you wait another billing cycle before pausing again. Please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com, and I can help you pause your account.
Pause is now available for Paypal.

If I pause my account but want to resume it earlier than the date specified, is that possible?
