Do you offer refunds?

Pilates Anytime is a non-refundable subscription company. We do not refund for any unused time. We trust our members to keep track of their subscriptions and to adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon registration.

The Pilates Anytime Customer Support team is always available to help you manage your account including canceling it if you need any assistance in the process. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, we offer the ability to cancel at anytime.

If you turn off auto-renew or cancel a subscription before your next renewal date, you won't incur any future charges and the subscription won’t renew. You’ll have access to the subscription until the billing period ends. No refunds are given for partial-term cancellations.

If your subscription is managed by Apple or Roku and you wish to request a refund, you will need to reach out to them directly via their respective support channels as Pilates Anytime does not have access to your billing or payment information for user privacy reasons.
