Kira has amazing cueing which is essential in getting the most out of each pilates exercise. Hoping she will begin offering more classes and flow (with props) occasionally on Pilates Anytime after the Live classes are completed. Thanks!

Michelle Thank you so much Michelle! I hope to do more classes too. The last class in the Plot Twist Pilates series is dedicated to "flow" so I hope that's totally up your alley; even without props (this time).

Kira, please do more classes for Pilates Anytime. Love love your 2 classes so far. Even "regular" Pilates movements that I've done so many times take on new life with your fantastic cueing.
