How do I redeem a gift certificate?

New Members
During 'Step 1' of the sign-up process, click 'I have a Gift Certificate or Promo Code.' An empty form field will appear beneath the button. Enter your code in the field before selecting 'Continue.'
Active Members
Click Your Name > My Account > Payment > Redeem a Gift Certificate . Enter your gift certificate code in the field titled "Gift Certificate or Coupon Code." Click 'Redeem.'
Inactive Members
If you previously had a Pilates Anytime account, please email support@pilatesanytime.com to redeem your gift certificate. Please include the gift certificate code in your email so that we can redeem it for you.Does this answer your question?
