After sustaining a back injury in gymnastics, Georgia turned to Pilates and so began her journey into helping people move better. Certified through the PhysicalMind Institute in 1998, she was immediately offered a job teaching Pilates and dancing on a cruise ship. One of the perks was that she got to take Pilates workshops led instructors from all over the world. Learning different styles and techniques inspired Georgia to develop her first Pilates workshop. This began the path of life long learning and sharing with her community.

Over the past decade, Georgia has specialized in rehabilitation. Sparked by teaching classes for people with neurological conditions, Georgia completed her Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant diploma (OTA/PTA) from Humber College in 2009. This rehabilitation focus pared with her practice as a postnatal doula as well as her own experience with birth trauma lead Georgia to create a Postnatal Recovery Workshop that addresses the emotional and physical complications of childbirth.

Since the birth of her third child, Georgia has created an advanced Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel teacher training certification program at The Mindful Movement Centre in Toronto, Canada.
