I always do this class when I feel tired - I can get the work out but also build the connections as Julie says at the beginning of the class. When can we get some more of these types of classes?
Such a fun class! Great ways to use the circle and how it interacts with breath and spine lifts (as opposed to pushing down). Thank you for sharing your time and practice!
Loved the use of the magic circles, especially with spine twist/saw - these were great for really feeling the stretch while maintaining correct posture! rolling with the circle was fun too! Thanks!
