Doing this for me, when I started doing Pilates was impossible even being fitted and doing yoga for years, I end up doing it, but I still have to use momentum cause I have scoliosis and I can't get up evenly. I discover if use weights or a ball I can go up more smoothly, why is this? How can I go up like her without struggling? I feel failing on this every time and it just bring me down for such a basic pose, nd let's not talk bout neck pull LOL I don't even know what to do, I stay flat and can't get up never :( any help?
