Thank you Samaris M -- the Aeropilates Reformer isn't one of our regular pieces of equipment unfortunately. I did film a few using this, but you can take any Reformer class and adapt most of the exercises quite well on your Aero!!

Excelsa S this is a tough question to answer. It depends on many factors :: your budget, your space in your home or studio, why type of Pilates work you'd like to focus on etc. I'm happy to answer more questions, just reach out!

I’m in love with my ladder barrell
I’m a dentist and if I don’t use it at least once a week
I hurt a lot
I have room
I’m enjoying my fake Wunda chair
The last real stretches do wonders for me
But my legs….. yikes
I do like that my upper thighs don’t have extra bulges anymore. I need to tone innner and outer thighs
I’m 60
My Pilates instructor bailed on me we used reformer and I could do it for 2 hours at least
