I loved this class Clara, thank you. So thoughtful. I am into hip therapy as I sit all day. I am pretty fit, but did a slower version of the very last exercise then the rest of the group.
Exactly what my hips and knees needed. They've been sore lately. And noisy! Popping all over the place. Honestly, I rarely do mat classes. I find that they're harder than equipment classes. This class reminded me that I should be doing more mat. I can't even do a proper roll up anymore! When is the last time I did a single/double leg kick?? Thank you for a wonderful class as are all your classes. I already feel less sore:) I will be taking your new tower hip strengthening class. ( I know, its an equipment class, but I will do more mat!!)
