Julie ~ To Pause your account, go to My Account and select Payment. There you will find a link saying Cancel or Pause Subscription. Once you click that link you can go to the section that allows you to pause your account. You will be able to choose the date you want the account to resume and this date can be changed at any time. Please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com if you have any questions.

Maureen ~ I have cancelled your subscription for you so you will not be charged again. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know when your account will close.
