Yay more short classes please!!! (Also, would be great to tell us which muscles we should feel bc for those of us with hypermobility, we could be overextending joints if we just focus on the movement itself, such as with heel raises)
Love this short class. I've done it several times when I have limited timeframe. Looking forward to see the next one :)
