Despite your written rationale, demanding a credit card upon sign up for a free trial period is intrusive. I hope my initial impression of your company improves from this point. The classes must speak for themselves.
Maria ~ Thank you for your forum post. When we started Pilates Anytime we did not ask for credit card information from people that wanted to try our service. We soon discovered that many people would repeatedly sign up for free trials and we were not able to pay our bills. So we changed our policy. I hope this helps to explain why we have our policy. Please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com if you have any questions.
How do you cancel/postpone payment after the 15 day trial? I do want to continue, but at the moment am having unexpected money problems so would rather not have the money taken out at this time.
Meagan ~ Here are instructions for pausing your account. While it is paused you will not be charged and it will automatically resume on the date you choose. This date can be changed at any time. Please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com if you have any questions.
