Every cat needs to stretch when they wake up, and so do you. Wake up your body and mind with these fun Pilates moves.
When we sleep, we give our spines a needed break from gravity's pull. Our spines have a chance to decompress and to lengthen and return to their natural states. The flip side is that we often sleep in one position, or we may contort our bodies in the night, which can leave us feeling stiff or twisted. Add these Pilates exercises to your morning routine to warm up and limber up for the day ahead.
