Leading up to summer, we hear a lot about sexy abs and how to get them. While sexy abs look great lying on a beach blanket, they won't help your paddleboarding ability.

To make the most of your summer Pilates routine - and your time at the beach - focus on building a strong core, instead, and feel strong all summer long. (It's possible you might get those sexy abs while you're at it.)

Do the Pilates "Series of 5" to build a strong core:
